Leighton Meester's Mom Sued her daughter

    AP - The American actress/singer and the star of the famous TV show Gossip girl Leighton Marissa Meester filed a lawsuit against her own mother after she has allegedly claimed that her mother used her hard earned money for cosmetics purposes instead of spending it for her younger brother (Alexander Meester) who needs medical attention. According to the famous young actress she sends her mom $7,500 a month intended for her brother who has medical issues.

  Meester was born in Fort Worth Texas of Constance and Douglas Meester. She was born in federal prison after her mother, Constance, was accused of being involved in smuggling marijuana from Jamaica to the United States. Her grandmother took care of her since her mom has to serve her sentence. 

        But on Monday in LA's County Superior Court, Leighton's mom filed a counter suit against her claiming that her daughter promised her a one-time payment of $30,000, and then $10,000/month, and allegedly stated that her daughter didn't "kept" her promise. And as result, there's no money enough for his younger brother's medical needs. 

         Also, Constance Meester claimed that Leighton assaulted her, threw her to the ground and repeatedly hit her with a bottle last December 11, 2010 at 2:00 in the morning. She also said that Leighton has to be pulled off by her younger brother in order to stop her from what she was doing. She asked for damages from everything that Leighton did to her.
